Alia Bhatt to shoot for the most important schedule of RRR

She will be playing Sita, the ladylove of Alluri Ramaraju, the role played by Ram Charan Tej.

Alia joined RRR last month and shot a couple of scenes. "A very warm welcome to our dearest #Sita, the supremely talented and beautiful @aliaabhatt on to the sets of #RRRMovie," filmmakers wrote on social media. She is going to be back on the sets in April to shoot the most important scenes.

"Alia shot for all her sequences in RRR. She has two songs with Ram Charan and she will be flying to Hyderabad in April to shoot for the remaining numbers. Alia will start prepping for them closer to the shooting date. These larger-than-life song sequences will feature Alia in a never seen before avatar," a source said.

Alia will join hands with Ajay Devgn for Gangubai Kathiawadi. The Singham actor is playing a key role in RRR as well. Jr NTR, Olivia Morris, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakhani, and others are also playing key roles in RRR which is all set to hit the screens on October 13.

Alia is currently busy shooting Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi and wrapping up Ayan Mukherji's Brahmastra starring her beau Ranbir Kapoor and Nagarjuna.
