'Bichagadu 2': Sequel of Vijay Antony’s 2016 blockbuster to release on April 14

Hyderabad: Vijay Antony’s `Bichagadu’ is one of the most watched, hyped, and popular films in the south. The sequel of the 2016 blockbuster is all set to entertain the audience again. Tamil star Vijay Antony is back with Bichagadu 2. The film will hit the screens on April 14. The film will have a summer run, thanks to this well-planned release date and the sequel hype.

During the making of Bichagadu 2, Vijay Antony suffered injuries and was hospitalized for a few days. Later, he shared an update on social media that he is doing better and will bounce back stronger. The film marks the directorial debut of Vijay Antony, who is handling editing and music as well. Kavya Thapar is playing the female lead opposite Vijay Antony.

The theme song of the film was unveiled today and it has a good ring to it. ‘Bichagadu’ which recently celebrated its 6th anniversary became a raging hit in not just Tamil, but a 144-day blockbuster in the Telugu version as well.
