Hyderabad: 'Sita Ramam' has proved that audiences will come to the theatres only if they get to watch films with quality content. Starring Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna, Hani Raghavapudi's 'Sita Ramam' ended its first week run at the box office on a glorious note. Winning the hearts of audiences across the globe, the movie has collected a remarkable Rs. 40 crores gross in its first week.

After the sensational first weekend, the movie continued its run on working days. Along with multiplexes and A centres, the movie also performed very well in B and C centres.

Trade experts expect the movie to have an extended run at the box office. There is no stopping 'Sita Ramam' any time soon. They are not worried about the competition coming up this week as the word-of-mouth for the film is positive.

The US box office also registered stunning numbers in the first week with the film's collection standing at $850K. At this rate, we will see the movie entering the coveted 'One Million Dollars' club.

Audiences and critics are falling in love with the love story made against the backdrop of war.

Hanu Raghavapudi's excellent writing and direction combined with Vishal Chandrasekhar's music, P.S Vinod's stunning visuals, and Swapna Cinema-Vyjayanthi Movies' mind-blowing production values have made the movie a classic that will remain in the hearts of audience forever. This is the only film in recent times that has got excellent reviews as well as made blockbuster collections.
