Captain Miller: Dhanush looks indestructible in first look of Arun Matheswaran's directorial

Hyderabad: Dhanush never fails to surprise his audiences. Whether it’s his performance or onscreen charisma, the actor is one of the most popular actors across the country, predominantly working in the Tamil film industry. After scoring a super hit in SIR, Dhanush will next be seen in Captain Miller.

The National Award-winning superstar Dhanush’s high-budget period film Captain Miller, under the direction of Arun Matheswaran, is in the shooting phase. It is the biggest budgeted film of Dhanush’s career. This period film, one of the most awaited movies of 2023, is set in the 1930s-40s. The movie is presented by TG Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films and produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan. The film is co-produced by G Saravanan and Sai Siddharth.

The makers unveiled the first look of the movie. Dhanush is seen standing against a war-torn background surrounded by dead soldiers. The actor surprises in a rugged avatar with a gun as the only survivor of the war. The poster is surely worth waiting for as it generates inquisitiveness.

Versatile actors Sundeep Kishan and legendary superstar Shiva Rajkumar are playing significant roles, and the gorgeous Priyanka Mohan will be seen opposite Dhanush.

Madhan Karky, who worked for films like the Baahubali franchise, RRR, and Pushpa has penned dialogues in Tamil. The other technicians include GV Prakash Kumar scoring music, Shreyaas Krishna handling cinematography, and Nagooran taking care of editing, wherein T Ramalingam is the art director.

Captain Miller will be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
