Deverakonda in Kashmiri attire, Samantha in pink sari: First look poster of Kushi out

Hyderabad: The makers of the Samantha and Vijay Deverkonda romantic comedy film announced the title of the film on Monday. The film is titled Kushi. It is known that Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha have teamed up for a romantic comedy film directed by Shiva Nirvana. The team, since last month, has been shooting in Kashmir and the film is all set to wrap up its first schedule in the next few days.
The first look poster of the film is out today and the makers announced that the film is titled Kushi and is scheduled for a theatrical release on 23 December this year.
The first look poster shows the Vijay Deverakonda in a Kashmiri attire and Samantha accompanying him in a pink saree. Both the actors look amazing together and the vibes are romantic enough for the fans to raise their expectations. The duo earlier worked together for Mahanati and they looked amazing on screen. And this time, they are back with a love story.
The cast of film also includes Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar and Saranya, among others.
Touted to be a romantic drama, the flick will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. Hesham Abdul Wahab is onboard the venture as the music director and Prawin Pudi is looking after the editing. The team is going to begin their next schedule either in Hyderabad or Alleppy.
On the work front, Samantha is gearing up for her next films Yashoda and Saakuntalam which are both under post-production. Vijay Deverakonda's next film Liger is scheduled for release in August and is directed by Puri Jagannadh.
