Gaddar Telangana Film Awards 2024: Kalki 2898 AD named best feature film, Allu Arjun best actor for Pushpa- 2

Hyderabad: The jury of the first-ever Gaddar Telangana Film Awards has announced the winners for 2024.

Kalki 2898 AD has bagged the best feature film award, while Pottel and Lucky Bhaskar have won the second and third best feature film awards, respectively.

Allu Arjun has bagged the best actor for Pushpa 2.

Telangana government will hold the ward ceremony on June 14 in Hyderabad.

The awards will honour the films released in 2024. The awards will also retrospectively recognise the best films from 2014 to 2023, making up for the absence of state-backed film awards since Telangana's formation.

On Thursday, Dil Raju, Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC) and Chairperson of the Jury Committee for the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards Jayasudha shared the awards list.

Best Films:

1. Best First Film: Kalki 2898 AD

2. Best Second Film: Pottel

3. Best Third Film: Lucky Bhaskar

4. Best Children's Film - 35 Chinna Katha Kadhu.

5. Best feature film on Communal Harmony, National Integration - Committee Kurrolu.

6. Best feature film on Environment /History: Razakar.

7. Best wholesome entertainment film: Aye Memu Friends Andi.
