Michael gets its baddie; Gautham Vasudev Menon to play antagonist once again
Gautham Vasudev Menon is all set to play the antagonist and has been roped in for 'Michael', a Vijay Sethupathi and Sudneep Kishan starrer.

Hyderabad: Director Gautham Vasudev Menon, besides directing some amazing films, is a good actor, too. He has played the baddie in some films and is someone any director can happily bank on.
Once again, he is all set to play the antagonist and has been roped in for 'Michael', a Vijay Sethupathi and Sudneep Kishan starrer. Sundeep took to Twitter to welcome the director-turned-actor on board and wrote, "Take pleasure in welcoming my Guru & Ace Director @MenonGautham as the Antagonist in the world of@MichaelTheFilm Looking forward to learning from you once again sir ️ @VijaySethuOffl A @jeranjit Film @SVCLLP @KaranCoffl మైఖేల్ மைக்கேல் माइकल ಮೈಕೆಲ್ മൈക്കിൾ #Michael." (sic)
The filmmakers have released a poster with an announcement. It shows his bloodied hands in handcuffs. His first look is yet to be revealed.
This is the first time Vijay Sethupathi and Sudneep Kishan will share the screen and fans of both the actors are excited to watch the powerhouse combination on screen. 'Michael' will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi, this film is produced by Bharath Chowdary and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP in association with Karan C Productions LLP. Narayan Das K. Narang is the presenter. Expectations are huge and the film is said to be an action entertainer which will release in the second half of 2022. Details of the technicians and the rest of the cast are yet to be unveiled.
