'Gold' : Prithviraj Sukumaran, Nayanthara starrer to stream on Amazon Prime from Dec 29

Hyderabad: Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara starrer `Gold' had created a lot of buzz before it was released in the theaters. However, the film opened to mixed reviews. Directed by Alphonse Puthren, the film tanked at the box office.

Gold will now release on Amazon Prime Video on December 29. It is expected that Gold will find an apt audience on the mini screens. The story of Gold revolves around 'Danger' Joshi who purchases a new car owing for marriage.

On the other hand, Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Kaapa' is getting good responses from the audience. The film is touted to be a gangster drama and is directed by Shaji Kailas. He is also busy shooting for Prabhas starrer Salaar directed by Prashanth Neel.

Nayanthara starrer `Connect', which was released last week is nothing less than a disaster. The movie hardly has a story to thrill the audience.
