Hyderabad: Actor Pawan Kalyan is shooting for his next film 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu'. After several delays and re-shoots, the filming is currently under progress at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The makers are currently shooting a high-octane action sequence and also the interval bang. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the film is produced by A.M Ratnam.
Earlier, Bollywood hero Arjun Rampal was roped in to play Aurangzeb in the film. But due to delayed schedules, the actor chose to walk out of the project. As per a source, Arjun Rampal stopped responding to the calls of the makers after repeated postponements because of which he had to lose several projects. So, he chose to quit.
Now, Bobby Deol has been roped in to play the role. The actor is expected to join the shoot soon. An official confirmation on the same is awaited.
Of late, Pawan Kalyan has been busy with politics, and he chose to stay away from films for some time. Keeping the elections in mind, the actor is said to have postponed his next two films.
Pawan Kalyan has 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagath Singh' with Harish Shankar and a yet-to-be-titled film with director Sujeeth of 'Saaho' fame.
Nidhhi Aggerwal is playing the leading lady in 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' which also has Jacqueline Fernandez in a key role. The film is likely to hit the screens in the summer of 2023. More details are awaited from the makers. 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' will be released in multiple languages.
