`Made in Heaven': Nayantara opens up on her engagement with beau Vignesh Shivan

Ending all speculations, Nayanthara confirmed that she has got engaged to Vignesh in a private ceremony.

Nayan took part in Netrikann's promotions on Vijay Television with popular television host Dhivyadharshini, known as DD as well. Netrikann was released on Disney + Hotstar and people are all praises for Nayantara's performance.

When DD asked her about the ring she's wearing, Nayan retorted: "It is my engagement ring. We are private people so we didn't want to have a grand ceremony. When we decide to get married, we will definitely inform our fans. Our engagement happened in the presence of our immediate family members. We haven't decided on our wedding yet."

The Lady Superstar has made it clear that they will definitely inform their fans and well-wishers when they will get married. Sometime back, when Vignesh Shivan was interviewed by a popular and local news portal, he said that both of them have some professional goals to achieve and they have no plans to get married soon.

"Rumours about wedding keep coming up from time to time. We both have professional goals to achieve. We cannot think about marriage before that. Also, we are happy with the way things are, right now," he said.

On a Q & A session on Instagram, when one of his fans asked him about the marriage, Vignesh said they are waiting for COVID-19 to come to an end so that they get married in the best possible way.
