Mahesh Babu fans disappointed as Sarkaru Vaari Paata postponed to 12 May

Hyderabad: Superstar Mahesh Babu's action and family entertainer 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' being helmed by the very talented director Parasuram will now release on 12 May, according to the latest update.

The film was set to hit the screens in January but was postponed to 1 April keeping in mind 'RRR' that was scheduled for release on 7 January. But due to the pandemic, 'RRR' could not release in the theatres in January and its new release date was 25 March. This again led to the postponement of the Mahesh Babu starrer.

Disappointed by the postponement, fans of the actor took to social media to share their woes, asking the filmmakers to not delay it again.

As per the latest update, the movie will release worldwide on 12 May. Most of the films release during the summer holidays and 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' will be capitalizing on the holiday season.

Parasuram is presenting Mahesh Babu in a never seen before avatar and the film's teaser received an overwhelming response. Mahesh Babu's effortless performance and stunts are the major highlights.

The team will kick-start the musical promotions from Valentine's Day (14 February). Sensational composer S. Thaman who is riding a wave has scored a chartbuster album. The makers have chosen the special occasion to release a romantic melody from the film.

'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' also stars Keerthy Suresh. The film is jointly produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta, and Gopichand Achanta under Mythri Movie Makers, GMB Entertainment, and 14 Reels Plus banners.
