Hyderabad: Actor Mahesh Babu will start shooting for his upcoming film with Trivikram Srinivas. The project was officially launched a couple of months ago and is now ready to go on the floors.
Haarika and Hassine Creations will produce the film that is tentatively titled SSMB28. It is being directed by Trivikram and will star Pooja Hegde. The film is bankrolled by leading producer S. Radha Krishna (China Babu).
The makers, on 19 August, announced that #SSMB28 will hit the theatres across the globe on 28 April 2023. Interestingly, this is Mahesh Babu's 28th film and it will release on 28 April. A special video was unveiled by the production house confirming the news.
The film will go on the floors from 3 September and wrap up by February. The pre-production formalities are progressing at a brisk pace. Trivikram is churning out a script that'll appeal to audiences from all age groups.
#SSMB28 will be edited by National Award-winning technician Navin Nooli. The team also comprises art director A.S Prakash, National Award-winning music director Thaman and cinematographer P.S Vinod.
Mahesh Babu and Trivikram's earlier collaborations – 'Athadu' and 'Khaleja' – are some of Mahesh's best films, so expectations on #SSMB28 are high.
