Mega 156: Chiranjeevi’s lavish socio-fantasy film to go on floors soon; actor allots bulk dates

Hyderabad: Megastar Chiranjeevi is fully committed to creating a blockbuster and has reportedly set aside an impressive 180 days for his upcoming high-profile project with the young director Vassihta.

This marks his 156th film, and it falls within the socio-fantasy genre.

Chiranjeevi’s dedication to this film is evident as he has allocated the most extended shooting schedule of his career for it. With multiple heroines, a plethora of VFX shots, and elaborate sets, the film demands this extensive time investment, according to inside sources. As per the latest update, the film will go on floors from November 15.

Previously, Chiranjeevi dedicated 120 days to Waltair Veerayya, a film known for its intense action sequences and memorable songs. Drawing inspiration from his earlier socio-adventure hit, Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, Chiranjeevi exudes confidence in this celestial world-themed project. He envisions a year-long shooting schedule encompassing diverse locations and grandiose sets, with the film slated for a Sankranthi release in 2025.

The talented young director Vassihta, acclaimed for the success of Bimbisara, has meticulously crafted the script, aiming to deliver another resounding success for the prestigious UV Creations production house. Adding to the film’s allure, Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani is lending his musical prowess, and Sushmita Konidela is entrusted with costume design duties, emphasising the film’s status as Chiranjeevi’s most lavish project to date.

Unquestionably, Chiranjeevi is sparing no effort to once again weave his magic at the box office, aiming to create unforgettable memories for his ardent fans while dispelling any lingering memories of Bholaa Shankar.
