Mrunal Thakur joins with Vijay Deverakonda in Parasuram's upcoming film

Hyderabad: After a flop movie like Liger, and a short break from the films, actor Vijay Deverakonda is back in full swing. The actor has signed two major projects in recent times, and one of them got officially launched today in Hyderabad.

A few months ago, Vijay Deverakonda took to his social media account to announce a film with director Parasuram. Sita Ramam fame Mrunal Thakur has come on board to play the leading lady of this film with Vijay.

The actor and director duo earlier worked for Geetha Govindam which is one of the many all-time blockbuster hits of Tollywood. This successful duo is back once again. Dil Raju and his brother Sirish are producing the film while Vasu Varma is the creative producer of the film.

This film together was grandly launched in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Producer Shyam Prasad Reddy was given the clap, while Govardhan Rao Deverakonda directed the first shot, and popular financier Satti Rangaiah switched on the camera. The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the shooting is going to start soon.

Vijay Deverakonda has joined hands with producers Dil Raju and Shirish for the first time through this film which is tentatively titled SVC54 and VD13.

On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda has Khushi with Samantha and director Shiva Nirvana.

He has a film with director Gowtam Tinnanuri as well. Sreeleela will be playing the leading lady in this film.
