The photograph has gone viral on social media for all the right reasons. Actress Samantha Akkineni reposted Chay's photo and seemed super happy about her husband's debut in Bollywood.
Naga Chaitanya underwent strict fitness regimes and training to portray the role of Baala to perfection. Earlier, Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi was roped in for the same role in the film. But due to some reasons, Vijay had walked out of the film and Chay had replaced him.
'Laal Singh Chaddha' is the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film 'Forest Gump'. Viacom18 Studios and Aamir Khan Production are jointly producing the film that is written by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan. It will star Kareena Kapoor as the female lead.
The film is likely to release during Christmas this year if everything works as per plans. An official confirmation from the makers is awaited.
Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya will be seen in the much-awaited 'Love Story', directed by Sekhar Kammula. He has also wrapped up the shooting for his upcoming project 'Thank You' that is directed by Vikram K. Kumar.
