Hyderabad: V and Tuck Jagadish, the last two films of Nani have skipped a theatrical release and were streamed directly on Amazon Prime Video. And as promised, he is making sure that his next film will be releasing in theatres only. His upcoming film Shyam Singha Roy is all set to hit the screens in December. The shoot of the film was wrapped up a couple of months ago and the crew of the film is busy with post-production. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film has Sai Pallavi, Madonna Sebastian and Krithi Shetty in the leading roles.

The first look of Nani from the film was unveiled a few months ago and it received a good response. On the occasion of Dussehra, the makers of the film have unveiled a short video that gives us a glimpse into another side of Shyam Singha Roy. Mickey J Meyer composed music for the film while Sanu John Varghese cranks the camera. Naveen Nooli is the editor.

In the motion poster that was released on Thursday, Nani is presented in a fierce avatar in the poster with Goddess Kali Maa in the background. Nani will be seen as a Bengali guy named Shyam Singha Roy, and also as Vasu, a stylish guy with a beard and hairdo.

Venkat Boyanapalli is producing the film on a grand scale, without compromising on any budget. Rahul Ravindran, Murali Sharma and Abhinav Gomatam play important roles in the film. The Production No 1 of Niharika Entertainment has the original story by Satyadev Janga.

Nani also has Sundaraniki Thondarekkuva in his kitty. This film is going to be a rom-com and it marks the acting debut of Malayalam actress Nazriya Nazim in the Telugu film industry.
