It's official! Nani's Tuck Jagadish to stream on Amazon Prime Video

As speculated earlier, the film will stream on Amazon Prime Video from 10 September on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and is skipping theatrical release.

Hyderabad: After a number of controversies and speculations, the release date of Tuck Jagadish is finally out. As speculated earlier, the film will stream on Amazon Prime Video from 10 September on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and is skipping theatrical release.

Tuck Jagadish starring 'Natural Star' Nani is one of the most awaited films of 2021. The successful combination of Nani and Shiva Nirvana after Ninnu Kori is back with the film which is billed to be a wholesome family entertainer with adequate commercial elements.

Nani took to his Twitter profile to announce the big news and wrote, "పండగ కి మన Family తో... మీ #TuckJagadish," and shared a small video from the film as well. The glimpse shows Nani introducing himself as, "I, Tuck Jagadish, the youngest son of Naidu/Bhudevipuram, telling you... Let's go."

S. Thaman, who is at the peak of his form, has tuned a chartbuster album for the film. Ritu Varma is the leading lady and Aishwarya Rajesh will be seen in a crucial role. Jagapathi Babu has played Nani's brother in the movie. The 26th film of Nani is produced jointly by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under Shine Screens Banner.

A few days ago, Nani shared an emotional note with his fans which read, "With the unpredictable conditions here and abroad and the unfortunate restrictions on theatres in Andhra, it has become a conflict of many ways. I have the utmost respect for the producers and I believe any call regarding the film they make, should be theirs. Leaving the decision about Tuck Jagadish to shine screens and all stakeholders and will humbly accept their final decision (sic)."

Nani's previous film V also released on the OTT sans theatrical release and this is his second film that is releasing on OTT due to the lockdown.
