#NBK108: Nandamuri Balakrishna turns Bhagavanth Kesari for his next with Anil Ravipudi

Hyderabad: Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, who bagged a blockbuster hit with Veera Simha Reddy during Sankranti, is all set for his next. The actors will be seen playing a character called Bhagavanth Kesari in the film with the same name.

The film will be directed by Anil Ravipudi, and produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi of Shine Screens. The name of the film promises to be a first-of-its-kind action movie for the hero, especially with a caption that says ‘I Don’t Care’, quite indicative of the star’s unrestrained charisma.

On the movie's poster, Balakrishna was seen sporting a salt-and-pepper look in this film and his dressing style is completely different. The background and Balakrishna’s expression hint at a huge action sequence in the film.

The producers have planned unique promotions ahead of Balakrishna’s birthday. They set up 108 hoardings of title posters at 108 locations. A teaser from the film is said to be out on June 10.

Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead in the movie and Sreeleela will be seen in a crucial role. Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal is making his Tollywood debut with the movie.

S Thaman composes tunes for #NBK108, while C Ram Prasad will be in charge of cinematography. Tammi Raju is the editor and Rajeevan is the production designer. V Venkat will choreograph the action sequences. The shoot is presently underway in Hyderabad and Bhagavanth Kesari is scheduled for a theatrical release for Vijayadasami (Dussehra).

After this film, Balakrishna will team up with Gopichand Malineni once again for a film. The film will be officially launched on June 10 on the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday.
