Oscar-winning music director M M Keeravaani to hold special musical concert at Telangana Rising Global Summit

Hyderabad: Tollywood Oscar-winning music director M M Keeravaani is set to hold a special 90-minute musical concert at the Bharat Future City campus near Mucherla.

Mucherla is the place where the event of Telangana Rising Global Summit is being held. The government has established a makeshift set-up to host the event of Telangana Rising Global Summit.

Keeravaani is part of the artists from Bollywood and Tollywood who will be gracing the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 on December 8 and 9.

Keeravani concert

The concert by Keeravaani is billed as the marquee cultural attraction. According to the itinerary, the acclaimed composer, known globally for his work on RRR, is scheduled to perform on the evening of December 8, following the day’s high-profile plenary sessions.

The 90-minute concert will be part of a vibrant cultural line-up designed to introduce international delegates to the state's rich heritage. The schedule also includes performances of Telangana’s diverse folk arts, such as Kommu Koya, Banjara, Kolatam, and Perini Natyam, as well as an illusion show by noted magician Samala Venu and a veena recital by P Jayalakshmi.

The cultural program aims to offer visiting global leaders and investors a curated blend of classical, folk, and contemporary artistic expressions, positioning the state as a hub of cultural and economic dynamism.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan

Bollywood superstar and actor Salman Khan is also going to be a part of the Telangana Rising Global Summit and the Indian Supercross Racing League on December 6th. The event is advertised to include a thrilling mix of racing action, bike showcases, rider meet & greets, live music, and entertainment zones.

Salman Khan is to be in the city from December 6th onwards.

Ajay Devgn to be a part of Summit

Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn are together in developing the Bharat Future City film city. The two actors with their own entertainment productions, SKF films and VFX companies, are to develop a film city on 50 to 60 acres of land. The two companies together are going to have film production houses, VFX, and smart studios for Bollywood projects, international films, and also OTT platforms. This is expected to create a boom in the entertainment industry and create jobs for artists, actors, technicians, and also creative professionals.

Summit Focus: Vision 2047

The Telangana Rising Global Summit is a major initiative by the state government, bringing together over 1,000 distinguished guests, including representatives from approximately 500 top global companies, investors, and academics.

The primary goal of the two-day gathering is to showcase Telangana’s strengths, industrial policies, and infrastructure, while officially launching the Telangana Rising Vision 2047 document—an ambitious long-term roadmap that targets a $3 trillion economy by the centenary of India's independence.

Open to public

While the summit on December 8 and 9 is reserved for invited delegates, the cultural experiences will be extended to the public immediately following the event. A post-summit public exhibition and a day-long musical orchestra will be open to all with free entry at Bharat Future City from December 10 to 13.
