`Prithviraj' to `Shamshera': YRF's 4 movies to stream on Amazon post-theatrical release
Theatres are finally opening in Mumbai and Aditya Chopra-led Yash Raj Films (YRF) has announced release dates of `Bunty Aur Babli', `Shamshera', `Jayeshbhai Jordaar 'and `Prithviraj'.

Theatres are finally opening in Mumbai and Aditya Chopra-led Yash Raj Films (YRF) has announced release dates of `Bunty Aur Babli', `Shamshera', `Jayeshbhai Jordaar 'and `Prithviraj'.
Four to eight weeks after theatrical release, these movies will stream on Amazon Prime.
Prithviraj: Akshay Kumar is playing the male lead in the movie. This film will hit the screens on January 21 next year, Yash Raj Films announced on Sunday. The film is in the post-production stage. The film has been directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and marks his first collaboration with Kumar. The story revolves around the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan. It caters to those who are fond of larger-than-life period dramas. It stars Manushi Chhillar as the leading lady and marks her Bollywood debut. The cast also includes Sanjay Dutt, Ashutosh Rana, and Sonu Sood.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar: Ranveer Singh and Shalini Pandey are playing the lead. This film is produced by Maneesh Sharma and directed by Divyang Thakkar. The film is slated for release on February 25, 2022. The actor took to social media recently to share that he has watched the trailer of the film and it was nice. He also posted a few pictures with the film's producer and director and called the duo 'fine gentlemen'.
Shamshera: Another Bollywood film which is very much-anticipated in recent times is Shamshera. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, this film is being called an entertainer that pumps up your adrenaline and is all set to release on March 18, 2022. The film will also star Vaani Kapoor in the lead role, while Sanjay Dutt plays the merciless nemesis in this visual extravaganza, which has been directed by Karan Malhotra. It has been a long time since Ranbir has been seen on the big screen. His fans are waiting very much to see him.
Bunty Aur Babli 2: This popular film is getting a sequel and it is going to release on November 19. The trailer of the film was out recently and it hasn't received a response with mixed feedback. The film has Rani Mukherji, Sharvari Wagh, Saif Ali Khan, and Siddharth Chaturvedi in the lead roles. Fans of the first part are very much excited about the sequel. Needless to mention that Bunty Aur Babli 1.0 was a huge hit.
