Raju Weds Rambai gets Best Film at Gaddar Awards; Rashmika, Naga Chaitanya win acting honours

Hyderabad: Raju Weds Rambai is the winner of the Best Film award at the recently announced Gaddar Film Awards on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The awards, instituted by the Government of Telangana to honour cinematic excellence, recognised several actors, filmmakers and technicians for their work in films released over the past year.

Named after revolutionary poet and cultural icon Gaddar, the awards aim to celebrate films and artists who contribute to the cultural and cinematic landscape of Telangana.

Apart from the top honour for Raju Weds Rambai, actors Naga Chaitanya and Rashmika Mandanna were named Best Actor and Best Actress respectively.

Several other films also received honours across different categories. Movies such as Court, Dandora, Little Hearts, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam and Miral were recognised for their contributions in various departments.
