Hyderabad: After being postponed several times, Ravi Teja's 'Ramarao on Duty' is all set to hit the screens on 29 July. Ahead of its release, the makers released the trailer of the film on 16 July and it is a visual delight.
Ravi Teja is called "Mass Maharaja" for a reason. The trailer opens with a man walking in a forest with a few empty bottles in his hand. Then, along comes a little girl seeking help from the man in finding her father. Soon it is revealed that a few people from the same area are missing.
Ravi Teja who is the tahsildar of the region takes up the case. A lot of investigation, accusations, and drama take place. Rama Rao makes sure he gets all the pieces of evidence against the criminals. The rest of the story is about how Ramarao tries to crack the case while facing obstacles.

The trailer shows all the aspects of the movie. It has a solid story, gripping narration with strong characters, family emotions, romance, etc. Ravi Teja shows different avatars as a duty-minded government officer, a family man, a romantic guy, a good human being, etc. He excels in all the roles.
Director Sarath Mandava makes a good impression in his debut film. The story takes place in 1995. He has dealt with the challenging subject quite convincingly. Action sequences are also designed appealingly.
Sathyan Sooryan ISC's camera work is laudable and Sam C.S makes the narrative engaging with his intense BGM. The production design is also good. The trailer has set the bar high for the movie.
Divyansha Kaushik and Rajisha Vijayan will star opposite Ravi Teja in the film while Venu Thottempudi will be seen in a vital role. The movie is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas and RT Teamworks banners.
