RRR producer announces his next with Nani; actor reunites with director Vivek Athreya

Hyderabad: Nani, the Natural Star who gained pan-India recognition with Dasara movie, and is eagerly awaiting the release of Hi Nanna, is now teaming up with the talented director Vivek Athreya, known for his cult entertainer Ante Sundaraniki.

Their collaboration, known as #Nani31, will be brought to life on a grand scale by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari of DVV Entertainment, the production house behind the Oscar Award-winning RRR.

The project was recently announced with a teaser video and has now the title was unveiled through another captivating video named Unchained. The action-packed Unchained opens with a voiceover by Sai Kumar, describing the unique and extraordinary quality of the protagonist who becomes uncontrollable on a specific day every week – Saturday, known as Sanivaaram. The title is finally revealed as Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, a name that resonates with a sense of uniqueness and power.

Vivek Athreya, known for his unconventional concepts, surprises with this entirely distinctive storyline. Unchained promises to showcase Nani in an unprecedented dynamic avatar, offering him a heroic introduction and a concluding episode that leaves the audience with a smile as he emerges victorious.

Nani, who constantly explores diverse roles and undergoes transformations to fit his characters, astounds with a rugged appearance in this venture. The glimpses look promising, and the partnership between Nani and Vivek Athreya makes a significant impression, especially with the intriguing title reveal. The cinematography and background score appear extraordinary, underlining the solid production values.

Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead, while Tamil actor SJ Suryah assumes a pivotal role in the film. A team of top-notch technicians, including the sensational composer Jakes Bejoy and cinematographer Murali G, is contributing to the project, with Karthika Srinivas as the editor.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is a pan-Indian film set to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, raising expectations for a unique cinematic experience.
