`Sarkaru Vaari Paata': Will Madhavan play antagonist in Mahesh Babu-starrer thriller?

Fans of Mahesh are waiting to know who the antagonist of the film as they are eager to know which actor will fight with the star onscreen.
As per the latest report, it is said the makers have approached actor Madhavan to play the antagonist. Madhavan had played the antagonist in Naga Chaitanya's Savyasachi. Later, he played a negative role in Nishabdam as well. And now, we have learned that he has given a nod to the character, but is yet to sign the agreement. So an official confirmation on the same is awaited.
The shoot of Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vari Pata has been kept on hold due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The shoot of the film was held in Dubai for some time and after the COVID restrictions, the cast and crew returned to Hyderabad.
Mahesh Babu had started the film's second schedule on April 15 at Shankarpally in Hyderabad. A special set was created for the shoot and only limited crew members were allowed. However, according to reports, six of the crew members have been tested Covid-19 positive and the rest of the team are currently in self-isolation. The Maharishi actor is also reportedly under home quarantine.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata was scheduled to shoot for 20 days amid strict health protocols. Yet a few crew members tested positive for the virus. Earlier, the makers were planning to wrap up the entire shooting schedule by July. But going by the current scenario, it seems they may jump the deadline.
