Shruti Haasan roped in to play Balakrishna's ladylove in #NBK107
Shruti Haasan has signed up her next Telugu film. The ‘Seventh Sense’ actor is all set to play the leading lady in Balakrishna's upcoming film which is tentatively titled ‘#NBK107’.

Hyderabad: Shruti Haasan has signed up her next Telugu film. The 'Seventh Sense' actor is all set to play the leading lady in Balakrishna's upcoming film which is tentatively titled '#NBK107'.
While this marks Shruti's first film with Balakrishna, it is her third movie with director Gopichand Malineni. Interestingly, their previous films together were blockbusters.
Nandamuri Balakrishna has teamed up with director Gopichand Malineni for the very first time and he is a director who knows the pulse of the masses and the fans very well. Gopichand who delivered a massive blockbuster with his last movie 'Krack' has penned a powerful script for Balakrishna and the story is based on true incidents.
Billed to be a pucca mass and commercial film, Tollywood's leading production house Mythri Movie Makers will be bankrolling the project.
S. Thaman will give the music for the film which will go on floors soon. Other cast and crew details of #NBK107 will be unveiled later.
Shruti Haasan is basking in the success of her latest films 'Laabam', 'Vakeel Saab', and 'Krack' with Vijay Sethupathi, Pawan Kalyan, and Ravi Teja, respectively.
She has a pan India project in her kitty now. She's playing the leading lady in Prabhas's upcoming film 'Salaar' which is being directed by Prashanth Neel. This film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Balakrishna is busy wrapping up 'Akhanda' which is being directed by Boyapati Seenu and is slated to release soon. Also, for the first time ever, he is playing a host for a talk show called 'Unstoppable with NBK'. It is streaming on Aha.
