Hyderabad: Actor Jr. NTR on 13 March officially announced that he will host 'Evaru Meelo Koteeswarudu', the Telugu version of the popular show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, which is set to air on Gemini TV soon.
He announced the big news on Twitter and also shared a teaser of the show.
During a press conference held in the city to announce the launch of the show, Jr. NTR said he is super excited about hosting 'Evaru Meelo Koteeswarudu'. "This show is not just about the genius people out there. Academics alone can't provide knowledge. There are people who learn outside schools, colleges, and other educational institutes. It is an individual perspective. This show is something different from what I have done in the past on television. I can say this, 'Evaru Meelo Koteeshwarulu' is going to be challenging for me as a host," he said.
The show which was earlier called 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' and aired on Star Maa and was hosted by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Megastar Chiranjeevi. There have been four seasons so far and 'Young Tiger' NTR will host the fifth season.
