Tamannaah gets candid on acting with Rajinikanth at 72 and Chiranjeevi at 67

Hyderabad: Actress Tamannaah Bhatia is currently basking in the success of her recent web series Lust Stories 2 on Netflix. She is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Jailer which has Rajinikanth as the lead actor. Tamannaah Bhatia’s performance in the song Kaavaalaa from the upcoming film Jailer, featuring Superstar Rajinikanth, has garnered immense attention. Recently, during the launch of the Hindi version of Tu Aa Dilbara, the actress candidly addressed the age difference between her and Rajinikanth.

Tamannaah will be seen romancing the 72-year-old superstar, as well as sharing the screen with 67-year-old superstar Chiranjeevi in Bhola Shankar. Tamannaah gracefully responded to the age-related queries, emphasising the importance of focusing on the characters portrayed on screen rather than the age gap. She drew inspiration from Tom Cruise continuing to do his own stunts even at the age of 60 and expressed her desire to perform energetic dance numbers no matter how old she gets.

Speaking about her experience in multi-starrer films, Tamannaah expressed her confidence as an actor secure about her performance and roles, and the empowerment she feels working with an ensemble cast. Some of her biggest hits, like Baahubali and F3, involved ensemble casts, and she continues to thrive in such projects, including Bholaa Shankar and Jailer.

Jailer, directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar, is highly anticipated and boasts a star-studded cast, including Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, and others. Mohanlal makes a special appearance, while Shiva Rajkumar takes on the lead antagonist role.

Aside from Jailer, Tamannaah is also part of Bholaa Shankar, releasing on the same day. This Telugu film features Chiranjeevi, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushanth in lead roles. Additionally, she plays the female lead in the Malayalam film Bandra, starring alongside Dileep.
