Hyderabad: The OTT platform, Sony LIV, is all set to introduce its Tamil segment soon and they already have a good and exciting line-up of films that will stream on the digital platform. Here are two Tamil films set to stream on the platform:

Naragasooran: Starring Arvind Swamy, Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran, Indrajith, and Aathmika, the film is going to skip theatrical release and release on Sony LIV. Directed by young filmmaker Karthick Naren, this long-delayed film is all set to directly release on the streaming platform. 'Naragasooran' was supposed to be Karthick's next project after his blockbuster film 'Dhuruvangal Pathinaru' but due to financial circumstances of producers and investors, the film didn't hit the screens. A lot had happened in between all this and Karthick had blamed Gautham Menon for the delay and had a heated argument with the director.

Kadaisi Vivasayi: We also hear that 'Kaaka Muttai' and 'Aandavan Kattalai' director Manikandan's 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' will release on Sony LIV. Vijay Sethupathi and Yogi Babu play pivotal roles in the film. Sethupathi has a bunch of films awaiting release. He was last seen in 'Master' playing the antagonist. Even this flick has been kept on hold for a long time.

Sony LIV has its eyes on a few more films, including Vignesh Shivan's 'Netrikann' which has Nayanthara in the lead role. 'Victim', an upcoming Tamil anthology series, is likely to launch on the OTT. The makers Rockie, Thaen, and Vaazhl are also in talks with Sony LIV.

The OTT giant is looking forward to making an announcement soon with the streaming of the two big films.
