`Thalapathy 67': Vijay's Telugu movie to go on floors in 2022
Dil Raju and his team are expecting to take the Vijay film on floors in the first quarter of 2022.

Actor Thalapathy Vijay is all set to debut in the Telugu film industry.
Though there has been no official confirmation on the project, the news is that the producers are working hard to start shooting next year.
To be directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the film is produced by Dil Raju. The yet-to-be-titled film is called #Thalapathy67 as of now. As per the update, filmmakers will make an official announcement once the final draft is locked.
All the meetings so far are said to be suggesting that Vijay's film with Vamsi and Dil Raju is definitely happening. Dil Raju and his team are expecting to take the Vijay film on floors in the first quarter of 2022.
Thalapathy is currently busy with Nelson Dileep Kumar and this film is titled #Thalapathy65 as of now. The film has Pooja Hegde in the lead.
As far as Thalapathy 66 is concerned, it is said that the actor has given a nod to producer Lalit Kumar and has even signed the film with an advance of Rs 5 crore. The makers are yet to zero in on a director. The hunt for the director is on and if Lalit Kumar fails to get a suitable director for Vijay, there is also a possibility of Thalapathy 67 getting advanced to 66.
Thalapathy 67 is going to be one of the prestigious projects of Dil Raju. Initially, he wanted to make this film in all the South Indian languages but has now decided to make it a pan Indian film.
