Hyderabad: Thalapathy Vijay and National Award-winning director Vamshi Paidipally's highly-anticipated film finally has a title and a first-look poster. The bilingual film is called 'Vaarasudu' in Telugu and 'Varisu' in Tamil.
The film is being produced by the National Award-winning producer Dil Raju and Shirish under their production house Sri Venkateswara Creations. Given that it's a wholesome family entertainer, 'Vaarasudu' is an appropriate title for the movie.

The filmmakers tweeted the first-look poster on 21 June ahead of Thalapathy Vijay's birthday.
The film is scheduled to release in Pongal 2023 and will compete with many Tollywood movies that are set to release during Sankranti. Currently, a lengthy and important schedule is being filmed in Chennai.
Directo Vamshi Paidipally, who specialises in making films that appeal to a wider range of audiences, has opted for a universal subject for the movie.
While the combination alone garnered huge buzz, the title and first-look poster has raised expectations. The movie will star Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha, and Samyuktha.
