Hyderabad: The shooting of Megastar Chiranjeevi's much-awaited film 'Waltair Veerayya', directed by Bobby Kolli (K.S Ravindra), is happening at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. The film is slated for release on Sankranti, raising the temperature at the box office.
This film will have all the elements that one would expect from this deadly combination. The presence of mass maharaja Ravi Teja is one of the biggest attractions of the movie.
The makers have now announced that the film will have a special song featuring Bollywood diva Urvasi Rautela. The song was recently shot in a huge set in Hyderabad and has come out really well, said the makers.
Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad has scored the foot-tapping numbers, while top choreographer Sekhar master has choreographed the songs. Mythri Movie Makers, known for their lavish production design, is making the movie on an extravagant scale. Each update about the movie is raising expectations. Surely, fans are going to have a blast in the cinemas come Sankranti.
The film stars Shruti Haasan as the leading lady. Billed as a mass-action entertainer laced with all the commercial ingredients, the film is produced on a grand scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, while G.K Mohan is the co-producer.
Arthur A. Wilson cranks the camera, Niranjan Devaramane is the editor, and A.S Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer.
While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K. Chakravarthy Reddy have penned the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.
'Waltair Veerayya' will hit the screens on Sankranti 2023.
