Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay's `Varisu' is releasing in January. Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Rashmika Mandanna is playing the leading lady in the movie.

The makers recently began the musical promotions of the Tamil version of the movie by releasing the chartbuster number Ranjithame which got 70M+ views so far. S Thaman scored a foot-tapping number that was crooned by Vijay himself alongside MM Mansi, while Vivek penned the lyrics.
The Telugu version of the movie has been named Vaarasudu. The Telugu version of `Ranjithame' is out now and it is going viral for all the right reasons. Jani master is the choreographer for the song.
The song, which was composed by S Thaman, penned by Ramajogayya Sastry, and sung by Anurag Kulkarni and Manasi, was lapped up instantly by masses, thanks to its peppy tune and repeat-worthy beats. The sizzling chemistry between the lead pair, their vibrant costumes, and their elegant moves sent their fans into a tizzy.
