Vijay Deverakonda, Samantha pair up for a film; duo to fly to Kashmir on 23 April

Hyderabad: Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha will come together for a film to be directed by Shiva Nirvana. There have been speculations about this project and finally, the makers have made it official by launching the project on Thursday with a puja.
The film will be bankrolled by Mythri Movies Makers.
At the launch event, the first clap was sounded by Harish Shankar, the camera was switched on by Buchi Babu Sana, and the script was handed over by Mythri producers to Shiva Nirvana. The first shot was directed by Shiva Nirvana.
Vijay is currently awaiting the release of his action entertainer 'Liger'. He has previously collaborated with Samantha on 'Mahanati' and is set to share the screen with her again for a family entertainer.
Mythri Movie Makers had previously worked with Vijay on 'Dear Comrade'; the new project will mark their second project together. Samantha had worked with Mythri on 'Rangasthalam'.
The first shooting schedule will commence in Kashmir in a couple of days. Sources said the duo will leave for Kashmir on 23 April and the shoot will begin from 25 April. After that, the unit will move to Hyderabad, Vizag, and Alleppey for the forthcoming schedules.
