Hyderabad: The much-awaited trailer of Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh's 'Liger' is out and it is already taking the internet by storm.

The trailer was released by Prabhas online and an event was held in Sudarshan theatre, Secunderabad, for the trailer launch. The event was attended by Megastar Chiranjeevi himself! Meanwhile, the Malayalam trailer was unveiled by Dulquer Salmaan and Ranveer Singh released the Hindi trailer.

The trailer opens to the world of a youngster in the slums of Mumbai. The makers introduce a glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda's character and his wild world. The trailer begins with Vijay Deverakonda entering the ring and Ramya Krishna who plays his mother in the film introduces us to her son: "My son is a crossbreed, born to a lion and a tiger."

'Liger' is the bumpy journey of a chaiwala, his efforts to represent India and win the MMA title, and it all comes with some unbelievable obstacles. His girlfriend cheats on him though he loves her. In addition to all that, he has a stammer. But when he enters the ring, he goes mad. It's a journey full of emotions and ups and downs.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson's stylish intro followed by the dialogue exchange with Liger is a feast to watch. When Vijay says, "I'm a Fighter," Tyson replies, "If you're a fighter, what am I?" The last frames of Tyson giving a killer look add the perfect finish to the trailer.
