No, Aaditya Thackeray did not call Uddhav Thackeray a corrupt man

Hyderabad: A Zee-24 Tass screenshot showing the public address of Maharashtra MLA Aaditya Thackeray has gone viral. Users claim that he called his father and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray a corrupt man.
The screenshot has Aaditya Thackeray’s image, and the Marathi texts on it read, “The ex-CM is a corrupt man,” “Aaditya Thackeray targets Former Chief Minister,” and “Scammers will be jailed.”

NewsMeter found that the viral screenshot has been morphed. On 12 March, Aaditya Thackeray targeted the current Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, and called him a “corrupt man.”
We ran a keyword search and found a Marathi report of Zee 24 Taas published on 12 March. It said Aditya Thackeray while speaking in Shivgarjana Abhiyan in Goregaon, called Chief Minister Eknath Shinde a corrupt man and alleged a 600 crores scam in the road works in Mumbai.
The article also carries the original graphic, and the text on it reads, “The CM is a corrupt man,” “Aaditya Thackeray targets Chief Minister,” and “Scammers will be jailed.”

We also found a video report of Aaditya Thackeray targeting CM Eknath Shinde published by Zee 24 Taas on 12 March. At around 0.48 timestamps, the original graphic can be seen in this video.
On 12 March, Loksatta and Times of India also reported that Aaditya Thackeray called CM Eknath Shinde a “corrupt man” and described his state government as the “government of contractors.”Hence, we conclude that the viral screenshot is morphed, and the claim is false.
