Fact Check
NewsMeter found the claim to be false.
To ascertain the fact we conducted a reverse image search on the screenshot of the video. We found a similar video of aerobatic fall and flip on a YouTube channel named 'Travel About' titled 'Insane Red Bull stunt plane' dated 27th March 2023.
We also found other similar videos of how the stunts are performed as well.
During the research, we came across the Red Bull stunt video under the tag āTUSCANā. Over a keyword search on Tuscan, we found a similar video on a YouTube Channel titled āTucson Aerobatic Shootout 2022 by Sacha Cecconiā.
On further search, we found a report on the Hindustan Times website, dated May 9, 2023. The report revealed a MiG-21 Bison fighter jet crashed into a house near Rajasthanās Hanumangarh in which three women were and the pilot managed to escape with minor injuries.
Although we could not find the exact event video of the aerobatic stunt as shown in the viral video, we can firmly say that the viral video is not from the IAF MiG-21 crash in Rajasthan. Even the aircraft seen in both the videos are not the same.
Hence, our investigation revealed that the viral video is from an aerobic stunt not from the MiG-21 crash in Rajasthan.
