A picture showing Patanjali MD Balkrishna sick in Hospital is going viral with a claim that he is down with COVID-19 infection.
The narrative shared in Hindi claims that "जिस कोरोनिल को सरकार के मंत्रीगण कोरोना की दवा बताकर बेच रहे थे उस कोरोनिल ने अपने मालिक का ही साथ नहीं दिया.
बालकृष्ण जी हैं. ऑक्सीजन ले रहे हैं एम्स में. देखिए अब आप ये मत पूछिएगा कि एम्स में उन्हें कैसे बेड मिल गया. वो तो न संतरी हैं और न मंत्री हैं. लेकिन याद रहे कि वो आम आदमी भी नहीं हैं.
कौन कह रहा था कि सिस्टम फेल है. ये सिस्टम है जो काम कर रहा है. सिस्टम जिनका होता है उनके लिए बेड ऑक्सीजन सब मिल जाता है. सिस्टम बालकृष्ण जैसों का है. वो आपको कोरोनिल देकर मार देंगे और खुद ऑक्सीजन के साथ बेड ले लेंगे."

Another photograph of Yoga Guru Ramdev Baba in a hospital is also in circulation. Users claim that he was hospitalized after Cow Urine overdose.
The posts are shared with a claim: "To avoid the CORONA VIRUS, Baba Ramdev was hospitalized after taking an overdose of cow urine."

Both images are OLD and the claims are FALSE. Patanjali MD Balkrishna is NOT down with COVID-19 infection and also Baba Ramdev has NOT been hospitalized due to an overdose of Cow urine.
When searched for the first image showing Balkrishna, Patanjali MD, in the hospital, we found that the image is from 2019.
According to reports, in August 2019, Acharya Balakrishna (47), a close associate of yoga guru Baba Ramdev and MD of Patanjali Ayurved, was admitted to the Rishikesh All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after his health deteriorated.
Sources in the Patanjali Yogpeeth said that Acharya Balakrishna was taken to a hospital in Haridwar from where he was referred to AIIMS after complaining of chest pain and discomfort. SK Tijarawala, the spokesperson of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said it is not a matter of heart attack but of food poisoning.
In a medical bulletin, AIIMS said: "Patient Acharya Balkrishna was brought to AIIMS, Rishikesh Emergency at 4.15 PM in altered conscious level on 23/8/ 2019. On examination, his BP, Pulse Rate, SPO, RBS were within normal limit."
So, the image does not show Patanjali MD admitted to the hospital due to a COVID-19 infection.
When searched for the Second image using Google Reverse image search, we found that the image dates back to 2011 when Baba Ramdev was hospitalized after his condition deteriorated on the seventh day of his anti-corruption hunger strike.
Baba Ramdev's protest as protesting against the then Congress-led Indian government for graft.

Baba Ramdev went on a hunger strike for 8 days in June 2011. According to reports, he began his fast on June 4 in New Delhi. He and thousands of followers were evicted from India's capital in a police crackdown later that day but he continued his protest at his ashram, or religious retreat, near the Hindu holy city of Haridwar.
He was under observation at the Himalayan Institute of Medical Science hospital in the northern town of Dehradun, after his condition, deteriorated midweek.
