What is the latest update from Telangana CMO?

A review of updates from the Telangana Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) X handle up to December 21 shows the Chief Minister actively discharging his duties. He was recently seen attending the ‘At Home’ programme hosted by the President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bolarum, in the presence of the Governor Jishnu Dev Varma.

No statements from the Chief Minister’s Office, the Telangana government, or major news organisations suggest any medical emergency or hospitalisation. His recent public appearances and official engagements clearly indicate that he is in good health.

Telangana govt warns against fake news

Further, the Telangana government’s official fact-check handle, @FactCheck_TG, addressed the viral claim on X, stating that certain anti-social elements were spreading false and malicious rumours about the Chief Minister’s health.

The post clarified that the claims are ‘absolutely false, baseless and malicious propaganda,’ adding that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is hale and healthy, has not suffered any medical condition, and is not under any form of medical observation. It also warned that legal action would be initiated against those spreading the false Facebook post and urged the public not to fall for fake news circulated on social media.

Additionally, the official schedule by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Telangana, further confirmed that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was actively engaged in official duties on December 22 (Monday).

According to the CMO, the Chief Minister was scheduled to attend the farewell ceremony for the President at 4 PM at the Air Force Station, Hakimpet, followed by a meeting with all Cabinet Ministers at 5 pm at the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), Banjara Hills.
