The claim is false.
NewsMeter conducted a reverse image search and found a video titled 'voice-controlled water fountain.'
Further, with relevant keyword searches, we found a video posted on the official Twitter account of 'Xinhua Culture & Travel'. The Twitter post reads, 'At Cangshan Mountain in north China's Shanxi Province.'
The fountain is powered by sound waves, and there is no evidence that it only works when the word 'Om' is spoken. We also found similar fountains that work with the help of sound waves.
Hence, the claim is false.
