Fact Check
NewsMeter found a comment by a Twitter user in one of the above posts. He said that the Prime Minister's photo was not taken in a toilet and added it could be either outside Langar (dining hall) or Joda Ghar (where shoes are kept) in a gurudwara. The user also shared another version of the same photo which shows a staircase behind the sink.

On performing a reverse image search of the photo, we found it in a report by The Free Press Journal from 20 December 2020. The article titled "PM Modi's surprise visit to Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in Delhi" said Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in New Delhi on the occasion of the 400th Prakash Parv of Guru Teg Bahadur.
Mr. Modi also tweeted about his visit to Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib and shared three images in which he is clad in the same attire as seen in the viral image.
This morning, I prayed at the historic Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, where the pious body of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji was cremated. I felt extremely blessed. I, like millions around the world, am deeply inspired by the kindnesses of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. pic.twitter.com/ECveWV9JjR

Further, to confirm the location of the viral photo, we looked up images of the gurudwara on Google Maps and found that the three washbasins seen in the viral photo are installed on the side of the staircase that leads toward the entrance of the gurdwara.
To bring more clarity, we have highlighted the similarities in a collage below:
It is evident that the photo of PM Modi washing his hands is taken in a gurudwara. Devotees are expected to wash their hands and feet before entering any religious place. Hence, we conclude that the claim is false.
