Fact Check:

NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found a YouTube video from 2016 with the title "Jaat boys attack on Raj Kumar Saini MP Kurukshatra Haryana".

Punjab Keshari also uploaded a video in October 2016 showing five men gathering around Saini and throwing ink at him.

NewsMeter also found several news articles that had reported the incident. According to a 2016 report by the Hindustan Times, "Jats held demonstrations in various parts of Haryana, including Kaithal, Hisar, Jind and Bhiwani, on Thursday to protest against slapping of attempt to murder charges on the five accused in the recent ink attack on BJP MP Raj Kumar Saini."

The viral video of the ink attack is from 2016 and is not related to the ongoing farmers' protests. Hence, the claim is FALSE.
