FACT CHECK:
The claim is false.
NewsMeter searched for credible news reports that would support the claim but found none. We did not find any report that said Ambani has given his support or funds to CM Adityanath for the 2022 UP Assembly elections.
Second, the viral image is morphed. The image of Adityanath and Ambani has been taken from two different occasions.
Adityanath's photo is from an image he posted on his official Twitter handle on 8 January 2018. The UP CM can be seen presenting a plaque with the Kumbh logo to Gyanendra Veer Vikram Shah, the former king of Nepal.
Meanwhile, we found Ambani's photo on Gujarat-based news channel DeshGujarat from September 2016. He had attended the convocation ceremony of Pandit Deendayal Energy University - PDEU (Formerly PDPU) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. At the event, he had presented Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani with a memento. We compared the photos and noticed similar facial expressions and gestures.

Although NewsMeter could not find the plaque shown in the viral image, similar photos were spotted on the Amazon website. However, it did not have the BJP symbol on the top left corner as seen in the viral image.
These clearly indicate that the viral image is morphed. Thus, it can be said that the claim that Ambani has assured his support to the UP CM for the upcoming election is false and the image is fake.
