Fact Check
The claim is False.
NewsMeter performed a Google Reverse Image Search which led us to a tweet by BBC News India on March 03, 2020. The tweet read, "The BBC has found Delhi police acted along with Hindu rioters during a wave of attack on Muslims last week. Police in the capital is coming under increasing pressure as allegations of complicity in the clashes emerge. An investigation by @yogital, @shaluyadavbbc & @NickWoolley1234"
The viral video clip can be seen at 30 seconds.

Taking a cue from this, the team performed a keyword search which directed us to a report by The Cognate on March 05, 2020.
"A BBC report published on Wednesday claims to have "uncovered evidence" that the Delhi police "acted alongside Hindu rioters during a wave of attack on Muslims last week". An investigation led by BCC's Yogita Limaye, Shalu Yadav, and Nick Woolley reveals instances of police brutality targeting Muslims, and substantiates, what many have been talking about ever since the anti-Muslim pogrom broke out in Delhi, claiming 49 lives so far, and leaving thousands displaced," reads the report.
The team lastly found a report published on the website of BBC on March 04, 2020. It is related to the riots that took place in Delhi. The report had shared a few incidents of people whose houses were torched by the mobs.
It is therefore evident that the viral claim is False. BBC's report is about the 2020 Delhi riots, not Tripura violence.
