NewsMeter found that the tweet is FAKE.
We noticed that the username in the viral image (@JoeBidenPresid_ ) and the username of the US President's official account (@JoeBiden) are different and that the verified mark is also missing from the viral image. This shows that the tweet is fake.
We searched for the imposter account but found that it has been removed.
Evidently, a tweet from an imposter account showed US President Biden addressing Mr. Modi as "world leader".
