Fact Check:

The claim that the video is from the recent Bihar elections is FALSE.

NewsMeter performed a reverse image search and found a video report by NDTV from May 2019. According to the report, a polling agent in Faridabad near Delhi was arrested after he allegedly tried to influence voters during the Lok Sabha elections.

We also found a tweet from 2019 that had shared the video. The chief electoral officer of Haryana had replied to the tweet and tagged the district election office in Faridabad.

The district election office in Faridabad, in turn, had replied saying that the person in the video was a polling agent who was arrested for influencing voters.

The incident was also reported by India.com and Outlook India. According to the reports, a polling agent was arrested for booth capturing in Haryana's Faridabad after the video surfaced online. The incident occurred at Asaoti in Faridabad.

Evidently, the video is from the 2019 Haryana Lok Sabha elections and not the recent Bihar Assembly elections. Hence, the claim is FALSE.
