Hyderabad: Photos and videos of a woman being murdered by a man in broad daylight with passersby watching has gone viral on social media with the false claim that the victim is Pragya Mishra, a TV reporter. It has been claimed that Pragya Mishra was murdered in broad daylight because she was "talking about kumbh mela in the era of coronavirus".

Below is the viral video. Viewers' discretion advised.

This claim is FALSE as the victim in the photos and video is not Pragya Mishra. She has been identified as Neelu Mehta.
