Fact Check: Did PM Modi wear different dresses for meeting ministers on same day?
A post claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wore different clothes for separate meetings with three Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief ministers and leaders on the same day, is viral on Twitter.

Hyderabad: A post claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wore different clothes for separate meetings with three Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief ministers and leaders on the same day, is viral on Twitter.
The prime minister was criticized for wearing different clothes to meet the ministers on the same day. (Click here for achieve)
Fact Check
The claim made through the viral post is False. The pictures in the post were not clicked on the same day.
NewsMeter performed a Google Reverse Image Search of all the pictures and found different days when prime ministers had met the ministers.
Claim 1: In the first picture, the prime minister is seen having a meeting with the Governor of Manipur, Najma Heptulla. A tweet was shared by the official handle of @PMO India on June 10, 2021. The tweet was shared with a caption, "Manipur Governor @nheptullaJi called on PM @narendramodi."
Claim 2: In the second picture, the prime minister is seen having a meeting with the chief minister of Uttarakhand Tirath Singh Rawat. According to a tweet shared by the Uttarakhand chief minister on June 7, 2021, after becoming the chief minister. It was his with met the prime minister.
We also found a report by India TV published on June 8, 2021. According to the report, the Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for providing free COVID-19 vaccination to all citizens aged above 18 years and also thanked him for providing free food grains to 80 crore people of the state. He also thanked the Prime Minister for the Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail line.
Claim 3: In the third picture, the prime minister is seen having a meet with the chief minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma on June 2, 2021. The tweet was shared by the official handle of @PMO India with a caption, "Assam Chief Minister Shri @himantabiswa called on PM @narendramodi. @CMOfficeAssam"
After the meet, the chief minister of Assam had also shared the photo by expressing his gratitude.
A report was published by East mojo on June 2, 2021. The report stated that Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday in his first visit to the national capital since assuming office last month.
Claim 4: In the fourth picture, the prime minister is seen meeting chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath on June 11, 2021. The tweet was shared by the chief minister on his official Twitter handle.
Reports by Times of India, Tribune India, The Hindu and Newsbharti had also published the news related to chief ministers' visit at the official residence of the prime minister on June 11, 2021.
Evidently, the claim made through the viral post is False. Prime Minister had met the chief ministers on different days.
