The claim is false.
First NewsMeter looked at whether this news card was carried by any media including Junior Vikatan, News 7 Tamil, News Tamil, Thandi TV. None of them have this news card.
A fact check website- Tamil factcrescendo contacted Junior Vikatan Digital Head, News Tamil Digital Head. They also confirmed that it was a fake news card. Also, they contacted the digital sections of News7 Tamil and Thandi TV to ascertain the veracity of the news card.
Further, we did not find any such information on Annamalai's social media handles.
