Fact Check:

The claim is Misleading.

NewsMeter searched the internet with relevant keywords and found articles that reported that Prime Minister Modi visited Tamil Nadu on May 26, 2022. He called the Tamil language eternal and its culture Global, the Times of India reported.

Further, we found a tweet dated May 22, 2022. It doesn't correspond with the date PM Modi arrived in Chennai. It has been shared on social media platforms before his arrival.

Searching further, we found a Facebook post by social welfare activist Piyush Manush. The post contains an image similar to the viral post. The caption reads, "Tamil Nadu police goes full-on Kavi mode."

We zoomed in on the viral image and could see logos and names on the umbrella such as Rotary club and PFI Tirumala, TMT Bars.

Taking this as a clue, we found Prakash Ferrous Industries Private Limited is the Structural Steel division of the Prakash Group of Industries.

Hence, the claim is misleading.
