The video traces Anil Kumar's life from his birth to his family to his graduation from IIT Mumbai and further studies in London to joining McKinsey and finally to the various scams he was involved in and his arrest in 2012 (Archive).
Another website 'A Real News' also talks of his wife, daughter, education, family and more. These sources attribute the biography of former McKinsey partner Anil Kumar to Evangelist Anil Kumar. (Archive)
However, both the video and the article have used the photo of another man who, coincidentally, is also called Anil Kumar and who is an evangelist.
These sources claim that "Brother Anil Kumar" is the founder and chairman of McKinsey & Company and the chairman of Anil World Evangelism. Brother Anil Kumar graduated from IIT Bombay and pursued applied mechanics from Imperial College at the University of London, they claim. They further state that in 2010, he was found guilty of insider trading and was a government witness in Insecurities fraud trials against close friend Raj Rajaratnam.

Brother Anil Kumar, on the other hand, has no connection with the insider training case nor was he involved in any financial fraud.
Anil Kumar, a former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to forfeit $2,260,000 for his participation in an insider trading scheme in which he provided material, non-public information stolen from McKinsey and its clients to Raj Rajaratnam, the head of Galleon Group. Kumar pled guilty in January 2010 to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and one count of securities fraud. (Source: FBI)
